Test Automation Engineer

Join our Banking Solutions division as a Test Automation Engineer, where you will become a critical member of our team working on a leading multi-banking payment platform. Your expertise will help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies.

       >       Develop and execute functional test cases, perform manual testing, and automate mainstream scenarios.

       >       Set up performance and load testing to assess the robustness and responsiveness of our systems.

       >       Define test strategies and collaborate with functional analysts to understand the business implications of tests.

       >       Work closely with developers to address and resolve issues, and provide management with detailed reports on the quality of deliverables.

       >       Play an integral role in the rollout of new features, including security enhancements, anti-fraud measures, and advancements in payment technologies.

       >       At least 5 years of experience in test automation.

       >       Proficiency in Java and Selenium.

       >       Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, SoapUI, and Postman.

       >       Knowledge of non-functional testing (e.g., performance, availability) is advantageous.

       >       A proactive “can do” attitude, solution-oriented with excellent communication skills.

       >       A quality-centric approach, not only focusing on testing features but also on improving processes, methods, and tools.

       >       Ability to engage in detailed analysis alongside functional analysts, especially during critical incidents.

       >       Work in a role that directly impacts the security and efficiency of financial transactions in the Belgian economy.
