QA manager

In this role, you will:

       >       Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Test Automation Engineers

       >       Define and drive the overall test automation strategy across projects and platforms

       >       Ensure quality in areas such as payment processing, fraud detection, digital signatures, and security tokens‍

       >       Collaborate closely with analysts, developers, architects, and management to align on priorities and quality goals

       >       Continuously improve testing frameworks, methodologies, and processes

       >       7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

       >       Strong expertise in test automation (Java, Selenium, performance/load testing).

       >       Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, SoapUI, Postman.

       >       Proven ability to define test strategies and oversee implementation at scale.

       >       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
