Job description

Join our IT department as a functional analyst where you will be part of a growing and dynamic team where agile working is the norm.

       >       Clearly map out the organisation’s requirements and create detailed functional analyses.

       >       Develop functional analyses with use case scenarios and/or user stories and create functional domain models.

       >       Maintain responsibility for stories during refinement and estimation, ensuring documentation and release notes are up-to-date.

       >       Participate in Agile processes including demos, refinement meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

       >       Support developers throughout the lifecycle of the product, validate designs, and ensure quality before deployment.

       >       Create test scenarios and perform functional testing.

Key requirements

       >       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business related field or equivalent expertise demonstrated through experience.

       >       Minimum of 5 years as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role within a complex IT environment.

       >       Experience with modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect and modeling languages such as UML and BPMN.

       >       Proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in working within a Scrum team.

       >       Proactive attitude, solution-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

       >       Excellent communication skills.
