Business Analyst – Business Transformation

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic international transformation programme. You’ll become part of a cross-functional team responsible for aligning business processes across multiple software products while supporting the transition towards a new SAP and Salesforce landscape.

Your role focuses on translating business needs into scalable solutions and ensuring local business requirements are represented within a global transformation programme.

       >       Analyse business requirements and translate them into future-proof functional solutions.

       >       Support the harmonisation of Lead-to-Quote and Order-to-Bill processes across multiple products.

       >       Collaborate with stakeholders across Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, the US and implementation partners in India.

       >       Assess the impact of business changes on multiple product roadmaps and help define pragmatic solutions.

       >       Challenge requirements, identify gaps and contribute to process standardisation while safeguarding local business needs.

       >       Support business transformation, implementation and user adoption throughout the programme.

       >       Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant.

       >       Experience in SAP and/or Salesforce transformation, migration or integration projects.

       >       Strong understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.

       >       Experience with Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash or Order-to-Bill processes.

       >       Experience working in large international transformation programmes.

       >       Strong stakeholder management and requirements engineering skills.

       >       Fluent in English; Dutch is considered a strong asset.
