Team Lead & Software Engineer

       >       Organize bi-weekly check-ins with stakeholders.

       >       Develop and present the team's strategic roadmap each quarter, ensuring alignment with business goals.

       >       Prepare and oversee Jira Kanban boards, refine epics with the team through Three Amigos sessions.

       >       Represent the team in strategic sync meetings at the executive level, sharing updates and shaping long-term vision.

       >       Support daily stand-ups, sprint preparations, bi-weekly demos, and retrospective meetings.

       >       Organize sessions with stakeholders to refine priorities and clarify business needs.

       >       Ensure an optimal development flow by refining backlog tasks, maintaining transparent documentation, and removing blockers.

       >       Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.

       >       Comfortable working with machine learning, data science, or personalisation technologies.

       >       Organised and skilled at prioritisation, stakeholder communication, and roadmap planning.

       >       Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprints, and retrospectives.

       >       You thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration between business and technology teams is key.
